Payments for orders on cocolyst.com can be made securely using a credit card through our payment portal. Please ensure that the credit card used for payment is yours. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your payment method is declined or not authorized by the card issuer, Cocolyst cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery of your order.

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt and protect your data as it is transmitted over the internet, ensuring your payment details are kept safe. Please note that we do not store any credit card information on our servers.
Bank Transfer / Paynow
We also offer the option to make payments via Bank Transfer or PayNow for your convenience. If you choose this method, please select “Bank Transfer / PayNow” during checkout. You will receive the necessary payment details in your order confirmation email. To ensure prompt processing of your order, kindly complete the payment within 24 hours and provide your order number as the reference. Once payment is received, we will process and ship your order accordingly.
Singapore Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped to a Singapore address, the following shipping rates apply:
- All domestic orders below $100 will be shipped via our standard courier service for a flat rate of $4.80. Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be processed and delivered.
- Domestic orders over $100 will qualify for free shipping within Singapore.
Sentosa Deliveries
Please note that we do not deliver to Sentosa. If an order is placed with a delivery address in Sentosa, it will be accepted by the system by default, but we will contact you afterward to arrange for a refund.
International Shipping
For orders outside of Singapore, shipping charges will vary based on your location. Please enter your address during checkout, and the system will automatically calculate and display the corresponding shipping rates for your country.
